Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup Green Peas
2 Potatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Mix Masala
2 tbsp Oil
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Water

१/२ कप हिरवे वाटाणे / मटार
२ बटाटे, तुकडे करून
१/२ tsp मोहरी
१/२ tsp हळद
१ tsp Mix मसाला
२ tbsp तेल
कोथिंबीर
मीठ

Method:
– In a pan heat some oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well.
– Then add chopped onions, salt and saute everything for a minute. Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook.
– Then add green peas, chopped potatoes, mix masala, coriander and some water. Mix all the ingredients well.
– Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes.
– Serve the Watana Batata Bhaji with hot rotis.
