In this stuffed tinda, baby pumpkins are stuffed with aromatic spices and simmered on low heat till they are soft and properly cooked. Enjoy these yummy stuffed tinda with roti , chapatti or dal rice I am sure you will love it.
Here is the quick ingredient list of Stuffed tinda recipe:
• Tinda: 8-10,
• Cumin Seeds (Zeera): ½ tsp,
• Fennel Seeds (Saunf): ½ tsp,
• Red chilly powder (lal mirch): 1 tsp,
• Turmeric powder (Haldi): 1 tsp,
• Coriander powder (dhania): 2 tsp,
• Amchoor powder (dry mango or khatai): 1 tsp,
• Coriander leaves; 1 tbsp,
• Water; ¼ cup,
• Salt to taste,
• Oil for cooking
