We always look for a side dish next to our main dish, right 🥰 one of the stuffed mushrooms that everyone loves with its delicious taste is never enough🤩 fill it any way you want, with vegetables, tofu or minced meat, whatever you want, shape it according to your taste🥰
This time I chose the one with white cheese and vegetables
Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients:
6 large size mushrooms (you can increase the number according to the number of people or if you have small mushrooms.
1 medium size onion
1/2 red paprika (can be used with capia pepper)
1 medium carrot
3 tablespoons of olive oil
100 g feta cheese
2-3 sprigs of parsley
1/2 a tsp of black pepper
1/2 a tsp of garlic powder or a clove of crushed garlic to your taste salt according to half a glass of grated cheddar cheese for the top
Preparation:
First of all, if the mushrooms are very sandy, you can wash them, if not sandy, use a vegetable brush or a clean cloth. You can clean it or peel it off. Let’s separate the stems of the mushrooms we cleaned and cut them into tiny pieces. We take olive oil in the pan and sauté the finely chopped onion and paprika for 2 minutes. Let’s add the carrot that we cut into small cubes now add the mushroom stems that we cut into small cubes. Let it simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the spices and salt and set aside. In a mixing bowl, let’s crush the white cheese with a fork and add the finely chopped parsley, and finally add the mortar we prepared and mix them all. Let’s fill the mixture we prepared well into the mushrooms and put the cheddar cheese on it. Let’s cook it in the oven at 190 degrees until it turns brown
