Quick and Easy Korean Cucumber Side Dish Recipe
Ingredients
350 g cucumber
1/2 yellow onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
3 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons red chilli pepper powder
Steps
1.Wash the cucumber with water thoroughly.
2.Cut the cucumber in half and cut it into thin slices.
3.Add the cucumber into a mixing bowl.
4.Peel the onion, wash thoroughly, cut the onion into thin slices.
5.Add the yellow onion, chopped garlic, chopped green onion into the bowl.
6.Spoon in sesame seeds, sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce and red chilli pepper powder.
7.Using a spoon to stir the ingredients gently until combined.
8.Transfer the Korean cucumber side dish into a serving plate and serve. Enjoy!
