Necessary elements for the batter….
1- 1 cup of rice flour.
2- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
3- Jaggery to taste.
4- 250 ml of milk.
5- 1 cup of mango pulp.
Ingredients for the filling….
1- 1 large coconut.
2- Jaggery to taste.
3- 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
4- A little oil for frying.
