Paneer Pasanda Recipe | Restaurant Style Paneer Recipe | Ruchi’s Kitchen

Ingredients:

– 250gms of Paneer
– Coriander & Mint Chutney
– Oil
– Corn flour
– Salt
– Water

– Kashmiri Chillies
– Cashew nuts
– Roasted Cumin seeds
– Chopped onions
– Chopped tomatoes
– fresh curd

– Ghee
– Kasoori methi
– Coriander leaves
– 3tbsp of Fresh Cream

Method:

– Cut paneer into equal sizes and make a paneer sandwich by stuffing it with mint & coriander chutney.

– In a bowl add corn flour, salt and water and make a paste. Dip the paneer sandwiches in it & fry them in a pan with oil until turned golden brown.

– In a grinder add Kashmiri chillies ( de seed the chillies) with cumin seeds and grind it till it forms the powdered form, then add cashew nuts and once all dry ingredients are done

– Start adding onions, tomatoes and mix it well in the end add fresh curd to it.

– Cook the gravy in a pan with ghee and let the gravy paste cook for 12-15mins.

– Add salt, kasoori meethi, coriander leaves and fresh cream.

– Later add the fried paneer sandwiches and cook it for more 2 minutes
