Ingredients:
250 gms Paneer
2 Tomatoes
2 Onions
2 tbsp Cashews
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Sambar Masala
1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tbsp Mix Masala
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Oil
Coriander Leaves
Water
Salt to taste

१/२ tsp साखर
१/२ tsp हळद
१ tsp आलं लसूण पेस्ट
१ tbsp सांबार मसाला
१ tbsp पाव भाजी मसाला
१ tbsp Mix मसाला
२ tbsp बटर
१/२ tsp तेल
कोथिंबीर
पाणी
मीठ
Method:
– To make the masala, in a mixer grinder add chopped tomatoes, onions, cashews, sugar, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, sambar masala, pav bhaji masala & mix masala. Grind everything to a smooth paste. The masala paste is ready.
– In a pan, heat some oil and butter.
– Add the masala paste, coriander leaves and saute everything for some time. Add little water if required.
– Then add the paneer pieces and mix well.
– Add some salt and mix everything well.
– Cover it with a lid and let the gravy cook for 5-10 minutes.
– Garnish it with coriander leaves and butter.
