On public demand, Chef Kanak brings you a very popular north indian main course recipe Palak Paneer. This recipe is very popular amongst Dhaba’s & restaurants all over India.
Ingredients:
Paneer – 250 gms cut into pieces
Oil – 3 tbsp
Finely chopped garlic – 6-8
Finely chopped ginger – small piece
Diced onions – 2 medium
Green chillies – 4-5
Diced tomatoes – 2
Spinach leaves – 1 big bunch
Fenugreek leaves – 1 small bunch
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt – 4 tbsp
Fresh cream – 4 tbsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Oil for frying
