Ingredients
Pork spareribs
Pork belly
Sausages
Broth from spareribs
All-purpose flour
Sour cream
Seasonings to taste
Begin by simmering the spareribs for 15 minutes. Then, sauté the pork belly, spareribs, and sausages. Sprinkle with seasoned flour and combine. After 2 minutes, pour in the broth and simmer until thickened, approximately 3-4 minutes. Finally, stir in the sour cream and take off the heat. Serve alongside pancakes.
