This Mutton Rezala is one of the simplest and the tastiest mutton recipes This version of Mutton Rezala is by no means for health freaks as it uses a large quantity of oil and green chillies along with single spice, but it is a treat for mutton lovers because it is so unique and flavorful. .Serve hot with rice or roti.
Ingredients :-
(Marinate)
Mutton – 500 gm (sized cut mutton with bone)
Dahi/sour curd – 100 gm
Salt to taste
Onion paste – 1 medium size
Green Chilies paste – 1 tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Marinated Mutton
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Whole Garam Masala – (2 pcs Cardamom; 1 Cinnamon sticks 1″ size; 6-7 pcs whole black pepper; 5-6 pcs clove )
whole Dry red chillies – 2 pieces
Bay leaves – 2 pcs
Ginger paste – 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
Cashewnets – 15 gm
Salt to taste
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Shahi garam masala – 1 tsp (homemade)
Rose water – 1/2 tsp
Kewra water – 1/2 tsp
Mace powder – 1 pinch (Javitri powder)
Jaiphul powder – 1 pinch (nutmeg)
