Gobindo Bhog Rice – 250 gm
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
Cumin seed powder – 1 tsp
Yogurt – 150 gm
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
Cashews Chopped – 5 tbsp
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 1 piece
Onion – 2 medium size (cut into sliced)
Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Ginger paste – 2 tsp
Saffron milk – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
