INGREDIENTS
6 large eggs (room temperature)
1/1/4 cup (296 ml) water
1/2 cup (118 ml) sodium soy sauce
3 1/2 Tbsp (35 g) sugar
4 small pieces of dried kelp
2 to 3 garlic cloves
2 to 3 scallions
1 Tbsp roasted sesame seeds
jalapeno pepper (optional)
4 cup (950 ml ) storage container with lid
*Marinate eggs overnight for best results
