Malai matar mushroom ki sabji is a popular north indian dish. Mainly cooked with Malayi but these days it is tough to get home made malayi. So i have made this with medium fat milk cream. Believe me, It was very delicious and yummy sabji. So whenever some special guests are coming over to your home, cook this dish and gain compliments 🙂

Ingredients:
Mushrooms 200 grams
Peas 1 cup apx
Malai or Milk cream 250 ml
Onion 1 cup
Ginger and Garlic 1 tsp each
tomatoes 1 cup
Coriander Powder and Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander (for garnishing)
Oil 2 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Green chillies 2
Asafoetida powder 1 pinch
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
