Low FODMAP Garlic Mashed Potatoes | Low Lactose | Side Dish Recipes | Grit and Groceries

I love these mashed potatoes! They’re rich and creamy, and full of amazing GARLIC flavor even though they’re both low low lactose and naturally gluten free. This hearty side dish pairs super well with rich, meaty dishes like pot roast, swedish meatballs, and ribs.

INGREDIENTS :

2-3 Lg Russet Potatoes
1/2 stick Butter
4 tbsp Garlic Oil
1/4 cup Whole Lactaid Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper (Black ok)
