Ingredients:
• Few mix vegetables ( carrots, bell pepper, Green Bean, tomato, onion)
• Peas (matar) – ½ cup
• Ginger – Small piece
• Garlic – 4 piece
• Fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi) -1tbl-spoon
• Cumin seeds (jeera) -1t-spoon
• Cumin powder – ½ t-spoon
• Coriander powder – ½ t-spoon
• Turmeric – ½ t-spoon
• Red chilli powder – ½ t-spoon
• Oil- 2 t-spoon
• Salt to taste
Procedure:
Step 1: Firstly, cut half a capsicum, 5-7 beans and half a carrot into medium pieces.
Step 2: Now finely chop a tomato, an onion, some garlic and a piece of ginger.
Step 3: Now fry 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera) in a pan filled with 1 tbsp of oil. When the cumin seeds become brown, add finely the chopped tomato, onion, garlic and ginger.
Step 4: Then add some water to the mixture and keep stirring it for some time.
Step 5: Now add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and fenugreek (kasuri methi). Mix well by adding some more water if you want.
Step 6: Now add the other cut vegetables and keep stirring it slowly.
Step 7: Add some more water, cover the vessel with a lid and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
Kadai Vegetables is ready to be served nice and hot.
