Ingredients for Kadhai Masala:
1) Dry Red Chili (1)
2) Cumin Seeds/Jeera (1 Tbsp)
3) Coriander Seeds/ Dhania (1 Tbsp)
4) Fennel Seeds/ Saunf (1tsp)
5) Cloves/Laung (4-5)
6) Cardamom/Elaichi (2-3)
Ingredients for Paneer Gravy:
1) Paneer/Cottage Cheese (400gm)
2) Sliced Onions ( 1 big)
3) Tomato (1)
4) Ginger paste (1 Tbsp)
5) Garlic paste (1 Tbsp)
6) Green Chillies (3-4)
7) Cubed Onions (1 Cup)
8) Cubed Green Bell Peppers/ Capsisum (1/2 Cup)
9) Butter (1 Tbsp)
10) Sunflower/Vegetable oil (3 Tbsp)
11) Salt ( to taste)
12) Cream (optional) (2-3 Tbsp)
