Onion – 2 Nos Chopped
Garlic
Ginger
Green Chilli – 4 Nos
Tomato – 4 Nos
Palak Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Water

To Make Paneer MasalaPaneer – 200 Gms

Ground Masala Paste
Whisked Curd – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Fresh Cream – 1 1/2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RC4fm4)
Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/3b4yHyg)
Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/36nEgEq)

Water

Method:
To make masala paste.
1. To a wide pan, add oil and whole spices.
2. To this add onions, green chillies, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and saute.
3. Now add palak leaves and coriander leaves along with stocks.
4. Saute all the vegetables for 10 mins.
5. Once the mixture cools down, transfer it to a mixer jar along with some water.
6. Grind it to a smooth paste.

To make paneer masala
7. To the same pan, add ghee and oil.
8. Transfer the ground masala to the pan along with water.
9. After 2 mins, add whisked curd and fresh cream. Mix well.
10. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
11. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, corainder powder, cumin powder, salt and mix.
12. Dilute it with some water.
13. Cover and cook until oil separates.
14. Now add the cubed paneer pieces and mix.
15. Add another cip of water and mix.
16. Finally add garam masala, kasuri methi, and cook for 5 mins.
17. Hyderabadi Paneer Masala ready.
