Daniel shows you how to make stir-fried Odeng! This is a very popular Korean banchan that is served throughout kitchens in Korea – from school cafeterias to corporate office kitchens. I think it’s because of how easy it is to make! Odeng is borrowed from the Japanese word ‘Oden’. And Adding the “g” makes it much more fun to pronounce – oh dang! Enjoy at home 😉
