- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 roasted bell pepper
- 4 cloves minced garlic or 1 Tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Italian herb paste
- 2 cups basmati rice, rinsed
- 32 oz. Chicken broth
- All purpose seasoning
- Garlic and herb seasoning
- Smoked paprika
- Ground turmeric
- Avocado oil
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
