Ginger mayo recipe, this is a very simple recipe on how to make ginger mayonnaise, the main trick to this recipe is to squeeze out all the juice of the ginger, only using the pulp of the ginger when blending with mayo, this is done so that the mayonnaise is not too runny, so that it can be applied on top of sushi rolls, for example on the spicy tuna roll:
