Eating more simply to combat cravings

I’m speaking of eating one food/recipe for most meals in the week to readjust your taste buds. If after that you have cravings for other foods but don’t want any more of the main dish, there’s a good chance you’re not really hungry.

Go for a walk or some other exercise, or chat with a friend, and also make sure you’re not thirsty or hungry.
