Gauri & Nitin Dhamale
Ingredients –
Chicken – 3 Leg Piece With skin
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Butter – 30gm
Flour – 1 tablespoon
Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon
Mustard Powder – 1 tea spoon
Apple Cyder Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Onion – 1 small diced
Garlic – 5 to 6 cloves minced
Mix herbs – 1 teaspoon
Mushroom – 5 to 6 no sliced
Green olives – 1 Tablespoon Chopped
Crushed Black pepper – 1 Tablespoon
Cream – 1 tablespoon
Chopped Parsley – 1 Table spoon

Salt to taste

Method-

• Dry Chicken Legs and cut in half, season with salt
• Heat a Pan / Skillet and little oil and seal chicken legs till nice brown in color. Keep them aside
• Add Butter Chopped onion and garlic to the pan sauté will, add Mustard Powder, Mixed herbs
• Mushrooms and Olive add the apple cider vinegar and brown sugar mix well and refined flour and sauté well
• Crushed Black Pepper
• Add water / stock slowly to create sauce
• Add chicken to sauce cover and cook for 12 to 15 min on slow to medium flame
• Check seasoning, Garnish with Cream and Fresh parsley
• Serve with Mashed potatoes, Saluted vegetables
