Ingredients:
800 gms Chicken
100 gms Curd (Dahi)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp crushed Black Pepper
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Oil
Water
For Green Gravy Paste:
25 Garlic cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
1 Onion
Coriander Leaves
Method:
– Marinate the chicken with curd, turmeric powder, crushed black pepper and salt. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
– In a pan heat some oil.
– Add the green paste and saute well.
– Add crushed black pepper and again mix well.
– Add the marinated chicken. Mix everything well.
– Add little water and mix well.
– Cover it with a lid and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes.
– Delicious Chicken Kali Mirch is ready to be served.
