BUTTER GARLIC POTATOES & CARROTS // QUICK & EASY SIDE DISH
INGREDIENTS:
1 potato (big size) cut into bite size
1 carrot (big size) cut into bite size
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp dried or fresh parsley
salt & pepper
NOTE: you can add any herbs you prefer
you can add more potatoes and carrots as well as different vegetables
