पंजाबी शाही पनीर || Shahi Paneer || Dhaba Style Shahi Paneer Recipe
Today’s recipe is Dhaba Style or Punjabi Style “Shahi Paneer”
A royal dish, one of the popular north Indian restaurant style paneer recipe. Shahi paneer is prepared with nuts, onions, spices, and yogurt or cream that takes it to an exotic level with all the aroma of the spices infused. This is a simple recipe that is made using very fewer cashews and less cream but yet yields a rich dhaba style shahi paneer.
Ingredients we need to make Shahi Paneer:
Cottage Cheese/Paneer – 200g
Oil – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Stick – 1
Green Cardamom pods – 3
Cloves – 2
Black peppercorns – 4-5
Onions – 2 medium
Ginger – 3 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 3
Tomatoes – 4 medium
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
Cashew nuts – 10-12
Salt to taste
Kashmiri Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream or malai – 1/4 cup
Kasoori methi – 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
