Cranberry Relish Recipe:
1 unpeeled mandarin orange, cut into chunks
1 12-ounce package cranberries, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup coconut sugar or more to taste of sugar of choice
Blend in food processor until smooth, and refrigerate overnight before enjoying.

Bolognese Sauce Recipe:
2 carrots, 1 onion and 2 stalks celery, chopped by hand or in a food processor.
1 jar passata tomatoes
2 pounds of ground meat of choice
herbs of choice
parmesan crusts
splash of red wine and/or balsamic vinegar
whole wheat pasta
Brown vegetables and add meat and brown as well, seasoning at each step. Add tomatoes, wine and balsamic vinegar, as well as parmesan crusts and herbs. Cook pasta minus 2 min from instructions. Mix sauce and pasta and allow it to sit for a few minutes, serving with extra sauce as desired.
Delicata Squash Salad Recipe:
Cut 1 delicate squash and 1 cup shredded brussel sprouts. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper and desired spices. Roast at 450 degrees for 20 min. Toss with desired salad ingredients.
Baked Apples Recipe
Roast 2 baked apples with 2 tsp of demerara sugar, 1 tbsp butter and pumpkin pie spice at 450 degrees for 20 min. Enjoy plain or with ice cream or yogurt.
