Welcome back to another what I eat in a day vlog. If you haven’t already noticed, i’m now a brunette!! Well, kind of brunette. After going back and fourth for awhile now, I finally decided to change my hair up and go a little darker for the winter season. I absolutely LOVE it! It feels so much healthier and softer when it is darker. I’ve been working on some amazing new recipes for one of our upcoming nutrition guides on Soul Sync Body that I cannot wait to share with you all. Salad dressing recipe:

– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1/4 cup water
– 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
– 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
