Lots of fruits and vegetables. I try to stay away from dairy products because I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat lots of gluten as well because I think it gives me a bit of stomach issues. There are days that I caved in to cakes and gluten, but I try my best to eat what’s good for my body.
