What we eat in a day living in a van. Van life and cooking healthy van life recipes can be challenging at times. We’ve found that we eat much healthier living in a van versus when we lived in an apartment. The only thing that’s challenging is you have to cook a lot. Plus you have to also do the dishes after every time you cook, which can get annoying living in a van. Minimal water consumption makes dishes a task. We wanted to show you guys what we buy at the grocery store and eat in a week. We also share our healthy van life meals!
