This Thai Green Bean Salad was so much fun to make with this technique which is still fairly new to me but it is really a great way to make salads. I have made Green Papaya Salad using this technique and I loved it so I wanted to get more familiar with applying it. This recipe is perfect for any one doing an all natural low carb vegan diet. One of the only carbs in it is the brown sugar and it can be replaced with stevia in order to lower the carbs even more.
