Spring Rolls with @blogilates #healthyrecipes recipe #inspiration #podcast

This week on Are You Ready, Cassey Ho @blogilates discusses how she created not one, but two incredible brands, with a community numbering in the tens of millions. What started out as a way to pay the bills while staying in shape as a pilates instructor ultimately turned into a fitness enterprise, one that has landed her product lines in major retail shops across the country or directly in your home.
One of the things I always found difficult as a lawyer was the lack of female role models. They were few and far between and, more often than not, the successful women at the firm were, well, not likable as humans. I was led to believe that in order to be successful, I needed to turn off my heart—be cold, aloof, and even a little mean. But Cassey turns that stereotype on its head and proves that success CAN follow your heart. LIB for the full interview—you will NOT want to miss it!
This spring roll recipe is directly from Cassey (with a few additions):

Rice papers
Butter lettuce
Perilla leaves (my addition)
Pan fried extra firm tofu
Red bell pepper (my addition)
Pickled burdock root (my addition)

For the sauce, must mix together a little hoisin, gochujang (or sriracha), lime juice.
