Our culinary voyage commenced with a delectable Chili Oil Egg Rice Bowl, followed by heavenly air-fried sweet potatoes adorned with miso butter, a culinary masterpiece, I must say. Come dinner, I indulged in some grained rice coupled with Air Fried Salmon and a vibrant kale salad. The following day, a wave of nostalgia swept over me, leading me to whip up my father’s cherished tomato egg noodle soup—a bowl of warmth and comfort. After a long day bustling with recipe shoots and a boxing session, I treated myself to a sweet finale with a scrumptious apple crumble. As Friday dawned, my sister popped over for some book club prep where we relished fish cake soup and kimbap for brunch, while I prepared her all-time favorite pasta salad for the book club gathering.
