1/4 cup beans
1 tsp ginger
2 pinch heeng
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chili
1 tsp salt
1/2 TSP chili powder
1/4 TSP turmeric powder
coriander leaves

2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp grated ginger
7-8 curry leaves
