This oats and banana pancake recipe is an instant hit in my kithcen and makes for a healthy breakfast idea too ✨✨

Ingredients
1 + 1/2 cups rolled oats
2 bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well till a smooth pancake batter is formed.
2. Heat some butter on a pan and pour some batter onto it.
3. Heat on one side till bubbles start to appear.
4. Flip and cook on the other side as well.
5. Stack the pancakes neatly on a plate. Add a few fresh banana slices on top of it and drizzle honey generously.
6. Enjoy warm !
