Ingredients:
230 g rolled oats (2 1/2 cups)
7 g baking powder (1/2 tablespoon)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 medium apples
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
40 g dried cranberries (optional) 1/4 cup
a hint of salt
26 x 10 cm/ 10 x 4 inches baking form
bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C/360°F
