Ingredients:
2 tbsp Desi ghee
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp hing
7-8 garlic cloves ( finely chopped)
1 inch grated ginger
1/2 cup Daliya (broken wheat)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp dhaniya Powder
salt as per taste
1/2 cup moong dal
vegetables ( any of your choice)
-1/4 cup peas
– 1/4 cup grated carrot
– 1/4 cup paneer cubes
– 1/4 cup grated beetroot
– 1/4 cup spinach puree
4 cups of water
