Recipes
Cookie dough balls:
– 1 cup of rolled oats
– 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed thoroughly
– 3 medjool dates, soaked in warm water
– optional: cacao nibs
Coconut yogurt parfait:
– Weetbix/another non-sugary cereal of choice or granola
– Coconut yogurt
– Your favourite fruit
– Toppings such as cacao nibs, goji berries, chia seeds, etc.
– You may want to add some maple syrup to your coconut yogurt if it is not sweet enough for you 🙂
