Hi guys! Over the past few months of living on my own off campus, I’ve had to get creative with my cooking. Here are some of my favorite go-to recipes for lunch and dinner that I have been making lately! I try to eat mostly vegan so most of these recipes are plant based, We’ve got a naan pizza, some vegan pesto, healthy “french fries”, a fire salad recipe, a salmon bowl, and, my favorite, a siracha honey tofu!
