1.)CAULIFLOWER RICE:
1 average-sized fresh cauliflower

Take the fresh cauliflower and separate the stem; use only the florets; take a blender and roughly chop the cauliflower…take a wok, heat some olive oil, add the crushed garlic and fry for a minute, then add the roughly chopped cauliflower; season with salt and spices, mix well, taste, and serve….
2.)BAKED SALMON:
Salmon, diced tomatoes, sliced onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, coriander, vinegar
