Heavy cream 1/2 cup
Mix well
Keep stirring
Bring it to a boil
Keep boiling
Cook until thick consistency
Rose essence 1/2 tsp
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours
Water 1/2 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1/2 tbsp
Rose essence 1/2 tsp
Red food color
Let it boil
Cook until thick consistency
Pistachios
Keep it in the fridge for 1 hours
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
