TODAY’S RECIPE IS Layered Milk Pudding Recipe | Valentines Day Special Dessert Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Agar agar powder 2 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Mix well & keep aside
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Cook until boil
Add agar agar mixture
Cook for 5 mins medium flame
6 inch pan
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Keep in the fridge for 30 mins
Agar agar powder 1 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Mix well & keep aside
Water 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Red food color
Strawberry flavour
Agar agar mixture
Cook until boil
Boil for 2 mins
Set well
Cut the edges
Pour half mixture
Pour remaining mixture
Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
