Healthy Pecan Pie Bars
Crust:
– 2 cups almond flour
– 2 tsp vanilla
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 3 tbsp maple syrup
– 4 scoops vital proteins collagen (optional)
Bake 12 minutes
Filling:
– 1/2 cup coconut sugar
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 2 tbsp arrowroot starch with 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1 1/4 cup shopped pecans
Bake 30 minutes
