Gulab jamun Recipe:-
2 packs – Daily Gulab jamun Instant mix , (350g)
1/4 cup Water,
Knead well..
Roll into small balls..
Fry for Mr. Gold Refined Sunflower Oil,
Sugar Syrup:-
6 1/4 cup Sugar,(1600g)
8 cup water,(1600ml),
6 Cardamom crushed,
Boil till the syrup consistency and cool it..
After it cool down, fry it in the syrup and soak the Gulab jamun balls for 5 to 6 hours…
Then garnish the Dessert and serve….
