Ingredients
✨1 cup water
✨3 tbsp/40g butter
✨2 tbsp sugar
✨1 cup all-purpose flour
✨Cinnamon sugar ( 1 tsp cinnamon powder + 3 tbsp sugar)
✨Oil (for frying)
Method
1. Combine water, butter, and sugar in a pot and heat until fully dissolved.
2. Once the mixture begins to boil, add flour and cook until a smooth dough forms and a light layer of flour sticks to the bottom of the pot.
3. Allow the dough to cool somewhat and then transfer it to a piping bag furnished with a star tip.
4. Heat some oil in the kadhai for frying and when sufficiently hot, dispense small dough bites into it. Exercise caution while frying and employ scissors to trim neat edges.
5. When the churros turn a lovely golden brown, remove them and place them on tissue paper.
6. Lastly, coat them in cinnamon sugar and relish them warm with nutella/ chocolate sauce/caramel.
