Eggless Chocolate Mousse is a fluffy and delicious #SetContinentalDessert. This #EgglessChocolateMousse is made using chocolate, fresh cream, cornstarch, and cocoa powder. Eggless Chocolate Mousse Recipe:
Cream – ½ Cup
Cocoa Powder – 3 tbsp
Sugar – ¼ Cup
Milk – 2 ½ Cups (600 ml)
Cornstarch – 8 tbsp (½ Cup)
Dark chocolate – 150 g
Cooking Instructions:
1. Heat the cream gently on a low flame. When it is warm, turn off the heat and whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar.
2. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch and milk together. Mix well to ensure that there are no lumps.
3. Combine both the mixtures together. Pass it through a strainer into a pot.
4. Heat on a low flame, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
5. Add the chocolate and allow it to melt completely. Turn off the heat.
6. Transfer it into a pan that is greased and lined with butter paper. Alternatively, you can also pour them into cups to serve as individual portions.
7. Once it has cooled slightly, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
8. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
