- 🍫3 tbsp sugar

- 🍫2 tbsp curd
- 🍫3 tbsp maida
- 🍫1/8 tsp baking powder
- 🍫1/8 tsp baking soda
- 🍫Pecan for topping
Rich Chocolate Glaze
- 🍫1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 🍫1 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Dissolve coffee powder and cocoa powder in hot water in a bowl.
- Blend in sugar, oil, and curd to the mix.
- Gradually incorporate sifted all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda into the wet ingredients, ensuring gentle mixing. Avoid overmixing.
- Grease the Stahl Mikro saucepan with Vegetable oil and pour in the batter.
- Heat on the lowest setting possible on an induction cooktop for 20-25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
- If using a traditional stove, avoid direct flame, placing the saucepan on a larger pan over the lowest flame.
