Ingredients:

  • 🍫1+1/2 tbsp water
  • 🍫1/2 tsp coffee powder
  • 🍫1+1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 🍫3 tbsp sugar
  • 🍫1+1/2 tbsp oil
  • 🍫2 tbsp curd
  • 🍫3 tbsp maida
  • 🍫1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 🍫1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 🍫Pecan for topping

Rich Chocolate Glaze

  • 🍫1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 🍫1 tbsp oil

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve coffee powder and cocoa powder in hot water in a bowl.
  2. Blend in sugar, oil, and curd to the mix.
  3. Gradually incorporate sifted all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda into the wet ingredients, ensuring gentle mixing. Avoid overmixing.
  4. Grease the Stahl Mikro saucepan with Vegetable oil and pour in the batter.
  5. Heat on the lowest setting possible on an induction cooktop for 20-25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
  6. If using a traditional stove, avoid direct flame, placing the saucepan on a larger pan over the lowest flame.
  7. For the glaze – Combine melted chocolate with oil to create a glossy glaze.
  8. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature before adorning with the chocolate glaze and a pecan nut.
