Milk Powder Burfi is a very common sweet in India. The best part of this recipe ( milk Powder burfi)is that its very quick and easy to make, with that too in 5 mins. To make Milk Powder Burfi we require very few basic ingredients which are easily available in every home. Milk Powder Burfi can be made on any occasion whether it be a Diwali, Holi, Eid, Karwachauth or even any Auspicious occasion at home. milk Powder Burfi is must try recipe as its so easy to make and taste so delicious. Milk Powder Burfi is very smooth in texture and very soft. I love the aroma of carrdamom in the Milk Powder Burfi.
Milk Powder Recipe is very easy to make. Take a wide mouth pan and put it on a low flame. Add ghee in the panand let it partially melt and add Milk in to the pan and give it a quick mix and quickly add milk powder when the mixture is cold so as to avoid any lump formation. Keep stiring on a low flame, when you see the small granules forming in the mixture, add powdered sugar with cardamom and keep stiring the mixture till it starts leaving the pan and forming the lump. Set a tray and apply ghee generously and pour the mixture in to the setting tray and level it as per your desired thicknessa and garnish it with Pista. Leave Milk Powder Burfi to set for 2-3 hours.
