Ingredients:
125g softened unsalted butter, caster sugar, and chopped dark chocolate
250g broken Rich Tea biscuits
125g heavy cream and additional chopped dark chocolate
Recipe:
* Thoroughly blend the butter and caster sugar until it achieves a light and airy consistency
* Incorporate the melted dark chocolate and the biscuits into the mixture
* Transfer the mixture into a cake pan and allow it to chill in the fridge for 1 hour
* Gently heat the heavy cream and pour it over the remaining chopped dark chocolate, then thoroughly combine them
* Spread the chocolate ganache over the cake and sprinkle with chocolate shavings
* Allow it to cool at room temperature and indulge!
