Carrot Milk Pudding Recipe..
Ingredients;
3 carrots- (cut into slices)
boiled thick milk-2cups.
salt-1/4tsp.
roasted peanuts-1tbsp/ Cashew nuts or any other nuts…
sugar-1/2cup-(or to taste)
milk powder-1/2cup.
agar agar powder 1.5tsp.( or substitute-china grass).
clarified butter/ghee-1tbsp .

About Agar Agar Powder:
1)What is agar agar powder:

Agar Agar powder is a substance which makes the food more firmer.
Agar is a naturally gelatinous powder derived from marine red algae. It’s the perfect vegetarian substitute for beef gelatin in any food application and makes an excellent thickener for soups, jellies, ice cream and more.

2)Difference between agar agar & gelatin:

Though agar is a great substitute to gelatin, don’t expect the same results when replacing gelatin with agar in a recipe. … Gelatin can give a (creamy) texture whereas agar gives a firmer texture. And agar is much more powerful than gelatin :
(1 teaspoon agar powder is equivalent to 8 teaspoon gelatin powder.)

This meserment is not applicable for all products. It may depends on ….what types of food you prepare…….

Nutrition :
Agar agar- contains few calories and is low in saturated fat and cholesterol. It is an excellent source of calcium, iron, folate, fiber, and manganese.
There is no sugar or carbohydrates in agar, making it an aid to weight loss.
