Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Candi original caramelized cookies 2 & ½ Family packs
Prepare Coffee Infusion:
-Hot Milk 1 Cup
-Condensed milk 2-3 tbsp
-Instant coffee 1 tbsp
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
-Milk 1 liter
-Sugar ½ Cup or to your liking
-Heavy cream ½ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 & ½ tbsp
-Milk ¼ Cup
-Vanilla flavored custard powder 4 tbsp
Assembling:
-Chocolate syrup
-Walnuts roughly chopped
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized cookies crushed
-Chocolate syrup
-Whipped cream
-Candi original caramelized cookies
Directions:
– In a processor, grind candi cookies & set aside.
Prepare Coffee Infusion:
– In a jug, mix milk, condensed milk, instant coffee, whisk well & transfer to a squeeze bottle and set aside.
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
– In a pot, add milk, sugar, cream & whisk nicely.
– Turn on the heat & simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
– Add 3-4 tbsp of crushed candi biscuits (keep some for later), instant coffee, whisk well & bring to a boil.
– In a bowl, add milk, custard powder & whisk well.
– Now add the dissolved custard mixture into the boiling milk, whisk consistently & cook until custard thickens (2-3 minutes).
– Let it cool down completely while keep stirring.
Assembling:
– In a serving dish, sprinkle reserved crushed candi biscuits & spread evenly.
– Pour the prepared coffee infusion & let it rest for 5 minutes.
– Drizzle chocolate syrup, walnuts, prepared candi & coffee custard & chocolate syrup.
– Add & spread whipped cream & ensure even distribution.
– Chill in the refrigerator until set.
– Sprinkle crushed candi biscuits and drizzle chocolate syrup.
– Garnish with whipped cream & candi biscuits & serve!

– Jug mein doodh, condensed milk aur instant coffee dal ker achi tarah whisk ker lein & squeeze bottle mein dal ker side per rakh dein.
Prepare Candi Coffee Custard:
– Karahi mein doodh, cheeni aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
– Chulha on karein aur dhimi anch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
– 3-4 tbsp crushed candi cookies (bache huye kuch liye hue) aur instant coffee dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur ubal ane dein.
– Chotay bowl mein doodh aur custard powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
– Ab dissolved custard ko ubaltey doodh mein dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur custard garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
– Thanda honey tak hilatey rahein.
Assembling:
– Serving dish mein reserved crushed candi cookies dal ker evenly pheela dein.
– Tayyar kiya gaya coffee infusion dal dein aur 5 minutes kliya rakh dein.
– Chocolate syrup, akhrot aur tayyar candi & coffee custard aur chocolate syrup dal dein.
– Whipped cream dal ker evenly spread ker dein.
– Jab tak set na ho, fridge mein rakh dein.
– Crushed candi biscuit sprinkle karein aur chocolate syrup ko drizzle karein.
– Whipped cream & candi biscuits se sajayein aur serve karein.
